As Office Manager at Hughes Consultants, Lydia runs the day-to-day operations of the firm. She also plays a key role in the recruiting function by researching and sourcing candidates nationwide for a variety of positions, both legal and non-legal. Lydia previously worked in Human Resources for the Orlando Sentinel and served as Account Manager and Event Coordinator for the National Association of Legal Search Consultants.
